Features three young people playfully running through a forest, creating their own imaginary world as they run. Involved compositing, rotoscoping, hand tracking and colour grading. 3 weeks pre-production, 2 days production and 6 weeks post-production. Shot on Canon XH-A1.

Pushing the boundaries of Low Budget Film making. High quality visual effects can greatly add to the aesthetics of a film and aid the suspension of disbelief. For many years only wealthy studios could produce what is considered to be ‘Hollywood’ effects. However with advances in technology many of these effects can be created on a budget using home pc’s and suitable software.
